* Learn to reduce the number of pages of your documents in Microsoft Word 2000

This is a good trick if you are short on paper. To do this, from the Microsoft Word 2000 File menu, click on Print. On the dialog box, look for the option Zoom. This can be found on the bottom right portion of the box. Then, go to the pages per sheet dropdown selection and choose the number of pages that you want to be printed on a single sheet of paper.

Reminders: Don't forget to change the paper size to the appropriate option before printing. Also, make sure that your printer is capable of printing 600 dpi or higher. This is especially critical if you intend to print at least six pages on one sheet.
